A dedicated team of individuals ensuring client's voices are heard and responded to.
Over and over, we heard from customers that their integrators don't listen or they don't know who to turn to for issues and implementation. From these discussions, the customer success team was born.
Customer Success' goals are to help clients utilize any systems they have on site to the fullest capacity. If clients have questions about capabilities of the existing equipment or ever want a refresher on best utilization, the dedicated team works to train and onboard new and existing staff members.
Additionally, customer success acts as a client advocate. Consider them an open line of communication for questions, concerns, or even ways that you think we could be better.
- Dedicated Customer Success Representative – work with client and POM operations team to ensure the installation and system are completed to clients expectations
- Acts as support for in-depth system implementation, programming, and training
- Client Advocate – will continue to work with client before, during, and after installation to help ensure clients experience with POM is a successful one
